As a part of the audio-visual exhibits that we are preparing, you will be able to order a proper Turkish coffee, a salad in a paper or other Stalinist, normalization-period or wartime “specialties“ or foods beloved by representatives of totalitarian regimes. The menu of this unforgettable Milk bar will be prepared by our supporter and coworker, famous Czech and Slovak chef Marcel Ihnačák.
